Your privacy is important to Reconceptualizing Early Childhood Education (RECE). Comments

Media

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. RECE website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

To better safeguard your information and protect your privacy and security, we will first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information. Once credible evidence of your positive identity is received by RECE , you may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

RECE will use the information you provide about yourself only to complete the appropriate response to your submitted information; such as, but not limited to: administering the RECE organization, administering the website, completing  your purchases of membership dues, sending you invoices, payment reminders,  non-commercial marketing communications relating to our organization or selected third parties, enquiries/complaints made by or about you relating to our website, to keep our website secure and prevent fraud, and verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our website.

If you submit personal information for publication on our website, we will publish and otherwise use that information as stated in the Terms of Use.

You can register to receive email from us by using the forms provided on this website. We will use the information you provide about yourself to send periodic email updates to the email address you specify.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
